Our friendly sauna host will greet you upon arrival. The sauna is preheated and ready, and you’ll get a quick intro to our tips and traditions so you can make the most of your visit.
You’ll have the entire sauna to yourselves for 90 relaxing minutes. A small changing area is available inside.
Located on the scenic Sydstranda beach, right by the diving tower with platforms at 3 and 5 meters – it’s the perfect spot for a refreshing dip before (or after) the sauna.
