Sauna rules for a safe and enjoyable experience

  • drink plenty of water before, during, and after your visit
  • use a towel when sitting on the bench
  • only use fresh water in the stove
  • if you feel dizzy or unwell, leave the sauna immediately
  • be cautious – it may be slippery on the pier
  • let others know if you are going to swim
  • avoid drinks with strong colorants, such as red wine and cola – they can leave stains on the wood
  • eating is not allowed in the sauna
  • all swimming and sauna use is at your own risk
  • children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
  • visibly intoxicated individuals may be denied access or asked to leave
