Practical Information
When you arrive, our friendly sauna host will greet you and make sure everything is set for your visit. The sauna will be warm and ready, and you’ll receive a brief introduction With helpful tips to ensure you have the best experience possible.
You’ll have the sauna all to yourself for 90 minutes.
For private bookings, the sauna is exclusively yours. For drop-in bookings, you’ll share the sauna with other guests who are also looking to relax.
There’s a small changing room inside the sauna for your convenience.
Please try to respect your booking time and exit the sauna 5 minutes before your session ends so the next guests can enjoy their time.

Our saunas are wood-fired, and the temperature will range from 60-90°C, creating the perfect environment for relaxation.
For your comfort, we recommend bringing the following:
- Swimwear
- Plenty of drinking water
- 2 towels
- A bag for wet swimwear and towels
- Slippers or sandals (and wool socks, if you like!)
- A headlamp or flashlight
Cancellations and Rebooking
If you need to cancel, we offer a 50% refund as long as you cancel at least 78 hours before your booking.
Please note that there is no 100% refund for cancellations.
You’re welcome to make changes to your booking free of charge up to 78 hours before your reserved time. This only applies to private bookings.

For Drop-in bookings or festival events, the date and time cannot be changed, and unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for Drop-in bookings.
Any changes must be made within the same season
