Sauna rules for a safe and enjoyable experience
- drink plenty of water before, during, and after your visit
- use a towel when sitting on the bench
- only use fresh water in the stove
- if you feel dizzy or unwell, leave the sauna immediately
- be cautious – it may be slippery on the pier
- let others know if you are going to swim
- avoid drinks with strong colorants, such as red wine and cola – they can leave stains on the wood
- eating is not allowed in the sauna
- all swimming and sauna use is at your own risk
- children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- visibly intoxicated individuals may be denied access or asked to leave
